Telephone Interviewer

TELEPHONE INTERVIEWER, 6 MONTH CONTRACT, FAREHAM (HAMPSHIRE), £10 PER HOUR

My Central Government client are looking for a dozen Telephone Interviewers to join their team in Titchfield, Hampshire.

It is vital that you have an excellent telephone manner, experience of telephone or call centre work is essential etc. Please note this is NOT a sales role.

Main responsibilities will be calling members of the public and persuading them to take part in questionnaires

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

- You will have experience of working in a call centre, ideally as a telephone interviewer
- You will need to be persuasive when explaining the purpose of the survey and encouraging people to take part
- You will have an excellent telephone manner
- Fantastic communication skills
- Computer literate
- Be able to successfully input data from the survey into a system
- Be independent and responsible for own work and listen to instruction
