Teleload Specialist / Project Coordinator for the Financial Sector (Brussels)

Duration: Until 31/12/2015 with possible extensions

Location: Brussels

As Teleload / Project Coordinator, you will be part of our client large software migration project.

Your main tasks:

- You will manage and follow-up the software-teleloads
- You will organize the planning of the teleloads
- You will setup the database
- You will make sure of the business- continuity
- You will make sure that the communication on the progress in clear and easy
- You will make sure that the software implementation is uniform

Your skills and experience:

- You are a technical specialist with a master degree or a technical experience
- You have a good knowledge of the MS Office suite ( Webfocus, Excel, Access)
- You have strong planning skills
- You have strong analytical skills
- You are comfortable in a negotiation
- You have strong negotiation skills
- You have strong reporting skills
- You are fluent in English, Dutch and French ( Written and Spoken)
