Telecoms Engineer

As a Professional Services Engineer you will work with the sales staff, other delivery personnel, partners, and sub-contractors to successfully scope and deliver customer solutions.

Key activities performed by the Professional Services Engineer will include:

Contribute to the Technical solution analysis, architecture, and design activities

- Initial system implementation, network integration, system provisioning.
- Test Plan creation and execution and other services as specified by the support contract and statement of work (SOW).
- Execution of Migration and Database Conversion activities
- Execution of Solution Performance/Optimization activities
- Execution of Integration/Interoperability Testing
- Service delivery activities include on-site and remote implementation of new systems, technical discussions, and explanations of proposed solutions with customers.
- Work with customers to ensure technical compatibility with third party products required for "turnkey" Solution implementations.
- Create and execute detailed Methods of Procedures(MOPs).
- Provision and test policy rules, routing logic, and database query logic.
- Support activities such as demonstrations, trials, and other customer lab activities.
