-Solution design for telecommunication
-Project Management (Technical and organizational, multi project management – prioritize of telecommunication projects considering dependences)
-Provider Management (steering/control different external providers)
-Steering of internal telecommunication operation team
-Responsible Interface for telecommunication for customer and sales team
-Coordination (Customer, different internal Units (Sales, different operation units), external provider)
-Process and operation analysis and implementation of optimizations

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Telecommunication know-how (Unify [OSV, H4K, UC, Xpressions, Trading- Xpert, Fault Management] ASC- Voice Recording, Topcom - fax service)
-German speaking (direct customer communication, onsite meetings at customer)
-Consulting skills (for SLR, new services, presales)
-SLR Process experience (creating, handling, implementation)
-Experience with creating and maintaining of documentation
-Experience with IT outsourcing preferred
