Telecommunication/Infrastructure Engineer

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a TELECOMMUNICATION/INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER to join our client in Philadelphia, PA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up ShoreTel VoIP phone systems, software and equipment
- be a part of setting up LifeSize Video conferencing that is currently being deployed
- Install, configure and test hardware
- Install and configure system and third-party software
- Build Servers/systems for customer installations
- Set up and maintaining Avaya equipment and PolyComm in conference rooms

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Should have a least five (5) years experience of either network or phone system equipment
- Should have experience working with ShoreTel VoIP systems, software and equipment
- Some Avaya experience
- Should have experience with PolyComm
- Experience working with LifeSize Video Conferencing
- Good understanding of virtualization and computer hardware/software operating systems

PREFERRED JOB SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:
- Experience with backup and recovery software or product is a plus
- ShoreTel Enterprise Contact Center experience is a plus
