Telecommunication and Network Specialist (Cisco) (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Manage and administer a Cisco-based telecommunications and network infrastructure
- Responsible for approximately 40 locations, including 4 shared locations with other subsidiaries
- Lead a team of 3-4 technicians including both internal and external persons
- Following Company standards, implement projects involving new sites and site expansions and provide ongoing run support for all locations
- Share on-call duty in a team; shadow and absorb knowledge from the current job holder
- Ability to provide strategic support and project management, as well as hands-on experience
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and handle tasks such as cabling and network configuration

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Profound experience as a Telecommunications and Network Manager
- Experience in designing, implementing and supporting WAN (MPLS, SD-WAN) telecommunication and Cisco network solutions, including routers, switches, and cabling
- Experience and knowledge of CISCO engineering, CISCO certification
- Experience in telecommunications / logistics sector preferred
- Able to adapt to the down-to-earth mentality in the logistic sector
- Strong Communication skills
- Fluency in English and German is a must; French or Italian language skills are an advantage
