A leading global consultancy requires a CTO level consultant to provide IT Strategy services to a mobile operator in Russia.
Applicants will be experienced in defining target operating models and long term IT strategy, especially in relation to OSS/BSS within a mobile environment. The consultant will be aware of current/future technology trends and will be able to translate business requirements into IT solutions.
This an excellent opportunity to gain experience with a leading TMT advisory business.
Candidates MUST be able to speak Russian and be available from May 2014.
