Telecom Roll Out Analyst, Mobile & Fixed

For our client a major Norwegian telecom operator we are looking for a Network Roll Out Analyst.

SCOPE

You will participate in the planning of the years production by analysing and forecasting. You will also keep track of the production (NRO) throughout the year. The position covers both fixed and mobile networks.

TASKS

- Act as gatekeeper between SSO/SPPP (Program Responsible) and Roll Out/mobile.
- What has been ordered and what is expected to be ordered.
- Act as gatekeeper between IMP/orderer, wholesale/FBA/B2B and fixed networks.
- Roll Out tracking
- What has been built the past 6 months
- What is planned for the next 3 months
- What is planned for the next 12 months
- Produce forecasts, production plans. Give input to bottleneck analysis and sub-contractor forecasts
- Analysis of the available data to improve the value chain.
- Produce status reports, both standard and new reports you develop
- Analyse available date and add value toward the realizing the planned scope.
- Produce reports for management

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Knowledge of mobile and fixed networks and the roll out value chain
- Knowledge of SSE and Spider
- Good analysis skills
- Very strong Excel knowledge
- Language: Norwegian, Danish, Swedish or English
