Our client is seeking a non-represented employee to supervise telecommunications personnel. This supervisor position will report to the Telecom Manager and the Division Manager. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the following:

- Telecom supervision in a union-based craft environment
- Documentation of telecom plant,
- Project management for projects ranging from minor to platform-wide
- Unified Messaging platforms
- Server-based Unified Communications platforms
- Integration with Microsoft Lync
- ACD features and functionality, including
- Contact Center vectors
- Computer-Telephony Integration
- Workforce Management suites
- Voice Portal IVRs
- SIP and H.323 protocols
- General knowledge of telephony
