Immediate project opportunities are now available for an experienced Telecom Construction Managers who will support a Cell Site and Tower Construction projects nationally.

Job Title: Telecom Construction Manager

Location: Detroit, Michigan

Travel: Local to Market 20%

Construction Manager Senior Level:

The CM will be tasked with installation and civil needs for the LTE installation and perform the following tasks:

- Populate project tracker database with daily activity and project updates
- Ensure that service providers remain on schedule to meet client deliveries
- Review Site Acquisition phase as additional planning input to construction phase
- Construction services Include manage providers as required to meet the goals
- Ensure providers are familiar and follow all required procedures; Access procedure, SOW
- Ensure provider communicates plan and escalate any issues early on in support if having issues
- Attend customer meetings and communicate project schedule status as required.
- Address customer issues/concerns as they arise
- Agree on the services will be performed at each site.
- Confirm with the customer and quality check the communication plan and contact information
- Oversee the creation and verify the accuracy of the scope.
- Ensure that the agreed to and quotes created based on the SOW
- Provide any necessary support to the Vendors/Service Providers teams in the field
- Ensure Service Provider remains on schedule to meet delivery targets
- Daily communication to ensure sufficient resources available to support the project.
- Discuss recurring items that are that are causing delays. Address Scope creep

Requirements:

7 to 10 years Cell Site Construction Management experience with major OEM or Carrier

Bachelors in BA, EE or equivalent - Masters Degree Preferred.

PMP/PMI Certification a Plus
