Mexican Wholesale Network Operator Project Needs a Wholesale Business Expert as a freelancer. A new Wholesale Operator for 2*45MHz in LTE is being established.
Project Tasks:
The expert must cover all OSS/BSS, IT (ERP, DWH), Wholesale Service platforms, MVNO/E platforms, and security issues as well as network operations.
Review and specification of IT architectures
List of requirements within these areas
Price benchmarks within these areas
Time Frame/Volume:
End of November - Mid December, 20days; furthermore extensions in January and March to May 2015 are very possible
Required Qualification of Freelancer:
The expert should have already done projects comparable to the requested tasks especially in the Wholesale Business.
