Technology Training Lead, London to 60k

My clients a leading bank based inCanaryWharfcurrently seek a Technology Training & Communication Lead, up to 60k.

Collaborating with technical and business representatives, this roles calls for an expert in the design and delivery of training programmes to support system technological system changes and the cross functional team and end users that these changes affect.

Key responsibilities will include:

Development, continuous management and delivery of global, strategically aligned training programmes

-Ensure technology training plans are aligned with business process training plans and all other business wide system training
-Work with business to co-ordinate change delivery communication plans
-Run Train-the-Trainer sessions
-Design post training support
-Design post training support
-Quickly learn new technical and business processes.

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

-Proven systems trainer track record in a business and technology environment - extensive training design and delivery experience of large scale, end to end training programmes across a complex business
-Financial services awareness ideal
-Quickly learn new technical and business processes
-Hands of execution of deliverables
-Highly proficient with MS Office applications - Word and Powerpoint
-Experience delivering via webex
-Experience with authoring and or implementing elearning
-Training accreditation e.g. TAP
