Technology System Manager - HRIS Systems Specialist - Cloud

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

As a HRIS Systems Specialist you will:

- Manage the execution of the HRIS enablement strategy in conjunction with the HR and IT divisions
- Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new HR applications, and enhancements to existing applications
- Review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems
- Lead a team of Business Analysts in the planning and delivery of targeted interventions and embedding of business process improvement
- Be a talent management system specialist, making key decisions and guiding HR as well as end users on best practice
- Translate customer (internal, external or regulatory) needs and requirements, using technical principles into realisable products, services, or systems
- Support of cloud and other talent management systems
- Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

As the ideal candidate you will be able to demonstrate:

- Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of HR software solutions, systems, and products
- Strong stakeholder management (HR/IT/Vendors)
- Proven experience in leading a team
- Strong project management skills
- Solid experience with talent management systems and cloud environments
