Technology Research Analyst

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH ANALYST to join our client in Parsippany, NJ or Plymouth Meeting, PA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Complete IMS data steward training program
- Understanding and application of principles, concepts, and standards regarding customer data for providers, organizations, and the affiliations between providers and organizations
- Analyze and verify customer data to determine correct source linkages
- Screens, categorizes, evaluates, reconciles, reports and resolves data integrity issues
- Knowledge of related industry considerations and application of business rules
- Verify customer nominal, geographic, classification, identifiers, and alignment information in clients' master databases, including the application of clients' business rules (eg, match/merge rules, source data scrubbing, record augmentation)
- Ensures compliance regarding inquiry resolution and data administration in support of inquiries
- Reviews quality reporting and resolves discrepancies/issues on a regular basis
- Refers to established policies and precedents as needed and recognizes and escalates problems
- Monitor, analyze, and resolve all inquiries per defined SOPs/SLAs
- Provide regular metrics/reporting to management regarding inquiries
- Reviews all incoming inquiry requests and resolves or triages as appropriate
- Work with key stakeholders and functional areas within the client to resolve day-to-day issues as they arise (eg, IT, sales operations, compliance)
- Provides periodic readouts back to the IMS team regarding specific client engagements and identifies opportunities to improve the overall data steward service offering
- Operate in a Matrix environment as a part of client specific engagements, the IMS Global Operations Data Integrity team, and the CIMA service line

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Undergraduate degree
- U.S. healthcare knowledge, particularly of bio-pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers
- Comfortable and effective in a client-facing role
- Organizational skills and an ability to perform assignments with a high degree of attention to detail
- Basic problem solving skills and strong follow-up skills
- Written and oral communication skills
- Able to analyze information and summarize results
