My clients a global giant are seeking a Project Team lead to drive IT technical aspects for Phase 0 of their ePES MES replacement project. This project involves replacing existing SAP customized MES solution and Legacy MES solution (ePES) at 4 different manufacturing sites.

Planning Phase
* IT architecture alignment/update. Understanding MES enterprise architecture approach as well as requirements specific for new Syncade deployment.
* Working with my clients Enterprise Architecture leader to review and understand alignment and/or any updates required to enterprise architecture standard.
* Gather any inputs and approve high level architecture approach concepts for MES deployments

Assessment Phase
* Understand my client's current Syncade infrastructure design being used on other project.
* Review and assess of the previous MES infrastructure architecture design solution and determine reuse/leverage for ePES Replacement Project
* Lead team of site based IT resources (1 per site) to assist with:
1. Review and assess current sites (4 total sites in scope) ePES IT integration.
2. Create/update IT application and interface architecture for each site. Need to include interfaces required to site based and enterprise systems.
* Work with vendor (Emerson), IT infrastructure standards and architecture teams and business partners to determine and approve overall (both site based and global/enterprise based) architecture design solution. This includes potential leverage of global environments deployed in previous Syncade projects.
* Work with vendor to understand information, data, and assumptions required to properly size the system. Determine and agree on criteria and overall approach to system sizing.
* Coordinate workshop with business partners, vendor and my client's IT Infrastructure resources to finalize system sizing requirements
* Generate architecture design input based on sizing requirements to feed into Solution
* Architecture detailed design and estimates.
* Work with business and other technical project resources to develop options and understand costs/risks for various technical implementation plans. This will include various scenarios of phased cutover options and their associated risks and feasibility
* Review and work with business for the approved implementation plan for the initial deployment site.
* Develop business implementation plan including phased cutover aligned with the business and production schedule.
* Develop IT implementation costs estimates.

Deliveries
* Completed infrastructure architecture design including Training, Development, Quality and Production Syncade environments completed.
* Develop and gain approval of site deployment strategy for Syncade solution (Site assessment, ICE, Automation readiness).
* Develop all IT cost estimates for design and deployment including resource requirements.

Non-Technical profile requirements:
* Some flexibility in working hours is required
* Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
* Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
