We are currently looking for an experienced Technology Lead to lead one of our client's development teams. Our client is currently implementing projects in the area of automated workflows. This is a contract-based assignment and an excellent opportunity to work for a leading financial service provider in Zurich.

Tasks

- Lead the development of automated workflows, including process discovery, modelling, and development.
- Work closely with a growing base of business users and software engineers to develop software systems to automate and integrate processes into complex IT environments.
- Help build modern solutions that rely on services and scale using best practices.
- Support setup of workflow environment, including application Servers, database Servers, and supporting configuration management and deployment processes.
- Work with the stakeholders to discover and document as-is processes, model the to-be processes, and develop user stories, and user journey maps.
- Lead the development team in planning iterations, user stories, and development sprints.

Requirements

- University education in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar.
- Experienced with large scale successful SOA implementations
- Solid development experience with JAVA, J2EE technologies
- Solid development experience with XML technologies such as XSD, XPath, XQuery, XSL, XSLT, etc
- Strong development experience with developing Java Web Services WSDL, SOAP, JAX-WS, XML, RESTful, WS-Security
- Experience with application messaging and integration technologies
- Expertise with SOA system implementations using JBoss Business Process Management (JBPM), JBoss Business Rules Management System (JBRMS) - DROOLS
