TECHNO-FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Charlotte, NC.

Top Skills You Should Possess:
- Experience with Access and Excel and Access and Excel based applications.
- Informatica or ETL tools

What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide technical expertise in the development and support of MS Access and Excel based applications.
- Provide technical expertise and process guidance in the setup, use and ongoing support of miscellaneous applications within Transmission, Distribution, and Gas Operation organizations.
- Provide daily support for functional use of applications within designated portfolio.
- Function as business analyst or business lead as needed with tool upgrade planning and testing.
- Provide input into business continuity and disaster recovery plans for key technologies.
- Interface with internal IT product support teams and external technology vendors to influence product direction and enhance business use of technology..*Position will not require alot of developing

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Must have heavy experience with Access and Excel and Access and Excel based applications. SQL database experience and experience with database connections. Will be using Access or Excel to connect to databases.
- Data manipulation, data analysis and report analysis experience.
- Microsoft certification highly desired.
- One (1) or more years of relevant IT experience or technical IT work experience in areas such as network security, operating systems, databases, or business applications.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, databases (Oracle, SQL, DB2), application development/system development life cycle.
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately using oral and written communications with various levels of management.
- Ability to reason logically, analyze data presented, evaluate the impact of information collected, and draw appropriate conclusions.
- Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Self-driven/motivated
- Experience with Informatica or other ETL tools
- Advanced knowledge in relevant information technology field such as Active Directory, Windows/UNIX, databases (Oracle, SQL, DB2), application development/system development life cycle, network security
