Omschrijving Technisch Supporter Oracle (QR3523) :
Qualogy is looking for an all-round Oracle Support Engineer. You have a good understanding of data flows in an intensive data management environment. You are a senior support engineer who loves to tackle & resolve issues. Ability to dive deep with developers, technicians, testers, infrastructure and have control and doing handson troubleshooting.

Experience (5+ years) Technisch Supporter Oracle (QR3523) :
Hands-on experience with
- Linux/Unix including system commands, & scripting.
- Oracle Databases
- Scheduling Tools, like TWS
- release/change management (ITIL)
- incident/problem management (ITIL)

Tasks Technisch Supporter Oracle (QR3523) :
- Verification of deliverables (documentation and software) and implementation of software releases to production environment.
- Scheduling, Monitoring of execution of daily processing.
- Security and risk management, capacity and availability management
- Performance analysis on Oracle database performance
- Test Preparation including managing test environments and test data
- Test Execution - including UAT/FAT/PAT tests on behalf of the Business and Data Foundation
- Test Reporting - delivering results and analysis to all stakeholders
- Coordination - Coordinating test activities across various environments and teams
