Working as part of the documentation team you will create procedural documentation for operations & support teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop instructions for use, configuration and installation guides, and service documentation for Telecoms systems platforms including billing, provisioning, BSS etc.

EXAMPLES OF DELIVERABLES INCLUDE:

- O&M guides for a billing and provisioning system
- Backup and recovery guides for BSS systems
- Run books
- Environment documentation and Visio interface diagrams.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

- Recent, relevant Technical Authorship experience
- Strong technical background and ability to learn and give training on new products
- Customer facing experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and Adaptability.
- Fluency in English required
- Telecoms documentation background

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

- Technical writing style conventions
- Good observation skills
