Technical Writer (Web Analytics)

TECHNICAL WRITER (WEB ANALYTICS)

Immediate need for a Technical Writer to join a dynamic team working on developing training material for Adobe Analytics users.

You will be responsible for taking the current training material and customizing and developing new training material that will address the needs of the different organizations that are using Web Analytics. You will be working closely with a Senior Web Analytics Analyst and the business to gather requirements and develop the training material.

This is a initial 4 to 6 week contract with the option to extend. Very casual office environment including flexible work hours, very casual dress, free snacks, and the potential to telecommute a day or two a week.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

- 3+ years as a Technical writer
- Experience with training documentation
- Experience with Web Analytics (prefer Adobe Analytics, however, any Web Analytic tool like Google Analytics, Webtrends, Yahoo! Wen Analytics, SiteCatalyst, etc will work)
- Excellent communication skills and consultative personality
- Self managed and motivated
