One of ACT's high profile Federal Government departments is seeking an experienced TECHNICAL WRITER to develop appropriate technical documentation and review, update and develop operational process documentation relating to the capabilities that will be transitioned over to a large program of work.

To be considered for this role you will need to meet the following criteria;

- Extensive experience (3 - 5 years) in the development of technical and user documentation and with the development of document management processes
- Demonstrated technical ability in assessing, understanding and documenting procedural, design, and implementation processes in an enterprise environment.
- Demonstrated ability in the development and implementation of document management processes and procedures.
- Well-developed issue and risk management skills, and demonstrated ability to identify and resolve complex problems
