Technical Writer - Sharepoint Job

TECHNICAL WRITER (INFORMATIONAL MATERIAL) with an Engineering Resume needed for a contract opportunity to join Yoh's Client in Denver, Colorado.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Strong Technical Writing Skills
- Network Engineering background
- Excellent communication skills

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Developing and designing instructional and informational tools needed to assure safe, appropriate and effective use of engineering technology
- Combines multi media knowledge and strong communication skills with technical expertise to educate across the entire spectrum of users' abilities, technical experience, and visual and auditory capabilities.
- Document operational procedures, engineering design documents, methods of procedures, implementation guides and engineering drawings
- Design and conduct training classes concerning documentation techniques and practices
- Create ad hoc training documents
- Responsible for QA, configuration management and version control of all documentation
- Works closely with the Subject matter experts (SME)s to document technical guidelines for multiple levels in the organization

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Experience in VoIP, Telephony and IP routing environments.
- Microsoft SharePoint experience.

- The ability to visualize the desired end state and know the steps required to get there and the talent to put it all in writing for others to visualize and create.
