TECHNICAL WRITER, SERVICE QUALITY CONTROL AND ASSURANCE REPORTING, ALICANTE SPAIN
We require an English-speaking Technical Writer to work in IT Service Quality Control and Assurance (Operations Infrastructure) for our client in Alicante for a long-term assignment in an International environment in a great location on the Spanish coast. You will be monitoring SLAs; controlling Service Quality reporting; generating meetings documentation; documenting Services procedures and maintaining the IT Department Drupal knowledge repository; supporting ISO audits.
THE ROLE
Service Control and Assurance Officer is the controller collaborating across the Departments and Service Managers, to produce strategic, tactical and operational reporting on service status, SLAs for the organisation.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- IT Technical writing
- Reporting on SLAs;
- Collating, controlling, managing reporting;
- Experience of Drupal;
- Knowledge of ITIL, Service Quality;
- Familiar with ISO
- Knowledge and experience of IT Service Quality Control.
LANGUAGES
A high level of both spoken and written English is required. Minimum accepted level B2 of the CEF (Common European Framework). Spanish is valuable but not essential.
A portable is required
Candidates should be eligible to work in Spain, as we cannot process work permits.
CVs should be provided in English and Word, preferably in Europass format.
