MY DUTIES:

-Create customer documentation based on contractual requirements
-Define scope of delivery
-Support an efficient and effective customer interaction
-Support interfaces and drive alignment between internal functions, mainly engineering, RAMS, project management and procurement
-Ensure quality of customer documentation before submission to end customer
-Support the product introduction
-Support documentation maintenance
-Monitor and report sub-project status proven experience in producing customer documentation

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-High technical competence of the system ‘train’
-Experiences in refurbishment and/ or services projects in the Swedish railway industry
-Strong communication skills, team orientated
-Structured way of working, good planning skills
-Pro-active and result driven
-Strong capability to cooperate with teams across different companies
-Good understanding of project management including handling of contractual obligations
