WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Their focus would be on updating our software User Guide by interviewing Subject Matter Experts and translating their information into User Guide content
- Use Nexus Incent software to grab screen shots, record video instructions (for the online user guide/knowledge base) and understand how the end user should interact with the software.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Ideally, we would want someone with experience in technical writing for enterprise software applications like CRM (ie Salesforce.com, Oracle/Siebel, etc.) or Sales Performance Management (SPM)/Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) applications (ie Callidus, IBM Varicent/Cognos SPM, ZS Associates' Javelin, Synygy, Xactly, etc.).
