TECHNICAL WRITER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Lancaster, PA.

Top Skills You Should Possess:
- MS Word, PowerPoint
- Experience working with Engineering documents

What You'll Be Doing:
- Technical Writer who will be responsible for both writing and updating standard work documents. The ideal candidate will have experience working with engineering documents as they will be interacting with the engineers as the SME of the standard work and consolidating the information into a useable document. In addition, the candidate will provide suggestions on a standard format and repository for the documents. SharePoint is the current repository, so experience with that is helpful.
- Writing and updating standard work documents
- Interacting with Engineers to gain understanding of technical documents and provide less technical useable documents
- Creating templates for document types used on consistent basis
- Adding documents to central repository (possibly SharePoint)

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- MS Word/PowerPoint
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to take technical jargon and articulate in concise, understanding format for a layperson
- Experience working with Engineering documents

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- SharePoint knowledge is a plus
