TECHNICAL WRITER, ITIL PROCEDURESmaintaining the IT Department Drupal knowledge repository; monitoring SLAs; controlling Service Quality reporting; supporting ISO audits.

THE ROLE:

Service Control and Assurance Officer is the controller collaborating across the Departments and Service Managers, to produce strategic, tactical and operational reporting on service status, SLAs for the organisation.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

- Knowledge of IT Process (ITIL, ISO 20000): Analysis and development of IT processes, procedures and work instruction
- IT Technical writing and reporting on SLAs;
- Collating, controlling, managing reporting;
- Knowledge of requirements for ITSM tools implementations (eg BMC Remedy, CA Service Desk)
- Knowledge of Content Management Systems (Drupal; Joomla);
- Knowledge of Document Management (Alfresco);
- Knowledge and experience of ITIL, Service Quality;

GOOD TO HAVE:

- Certified PMP, Prince 2;
- Certified ITIL;
- Familiar with ISO 20000.

LANGUAGES

- A high level of both spoken and written English is required. Minimum accepted level B2 of the CEF (Common European Framework).
- Spanish desirable

A portable is required

Candidates should be eligible to work in Spain, as we cannot process work permits.
