Technical Writer/Documentation Specialist

Role: Technical Writer/Documentation Specialist - must have knowledge of ETL processes/Databases/SQL

Start Date: ASAP

Payrate: up to 45.00/hourly

Thur. 11/01 - Phone interview

Friday 11/2- In person

The consultant will work with the IT Manager & Client Services Manager to document workflow processes of client and internal/and operations. There is no documentation today so the ideal candidate will need to facilitate, gather information from managers and establish documentation standards.

Ideal candidate will have experience in documenting processes, defining documentation standards, documenting system flows, defining the process of a customer request & operational workflow/who receives it/how is assigned/how is it received/how is it delivered/frequency of client requests/format received from client/etc.

Requires excellent documentation skills

Requires the ability to set documentation standards

Requires excellent facilitation skills

Candidate should be conversational and knowledgeable about database (s) understand ETL processes and SQL in general.

Candidate should have some good documentation samples ( sanitized) to share with the client.

Not required to be onsite at client everyday. Wednesday is the company telecommute day!
