Swisslinx is looking for a Technical Writer on behalf of one of our clients, a pharmaceutical company.
In this interesting role, you will be in charge of analysis, testing, implementation and documentation of Identity and Access Management Processes with a special focus on cloud solutions. You will also take part in Business and IT Process analysis and re-design for simplification, user satisfaction, security, operational efficiency and effectiveness. In addition to this, you will create technical training material and deliver training to IT users.
To be considered for this role your CV must reflect the following skills:
-IT Technical writing experience
-Experience in a global and multi-cultural environment
-Experience in Pharma would be a strong asset
-Fluency in English
