Technical Writer/Communicator

I'm currently working on behalf of an International Retail Organization which operates 373 stores in 47 countries. They are continuously looking to expand their teams with top class professionals. They are now looking for a Technical Writer/Communicator to join their teams.
The consultant will be working in the Multichannel Services Factor and will be responsible for:
*Communication and will work proactively to secure effective roles/responsibilities/routines around that.
*Create a communication plan for Post Go Live Support, including a stakeholder map/analysis
*Secure templates and routines for creation of our Daily, Weekly and Monthly status reports.
*The resource will also be responsible for writing some of our planned and unplanned communication (eg service window communication)
*Educate and provide on the job training for the team members to increase communication skills.
*Create an inventory of documentation artefacts and implement a structure and governance to maintain these.
*Create and update our Intranet site with relevant information
*Identify the need for, and create, user friendly technical documentation of our various solutions/flows.
The consultant my client needs must be a highly self-driven person with great ability to understand very technical solutions/issues, and translate these into user friendly and relevant communication. In addition to being effective, the person must be structured and methodical with an eye for detail.
Experience in working in a multicultural environment is an advantage.
*Project start date: ASAP
*Project end date: 2016-03-30 with option to extend.
*Total hours: 800
*There is no expectation of overtime or on-call work.
*The primary working site(s) will be: Helsingborg
*There is no possibility for remote/off-site work.
*There is no travel required outside the primary working site(s).
