Technical Writer - (Adobe Day CQ, Adobe CQ5)

Ability to create Technical Documentation incl. User Guides, experience with Digital, Adobe AEM, AEM 6.0 technical

documentation creation, writing documents for HCP (Health Care Professionals) in the pharma industry are their main requirements.

You will make yourself familiar with the technical and design choices of the already developed Web-Portal, (targeted for health care professional), working on the following topics:

- training materials: preparation of training materials (slides, videos, FAQs, showcase websites, online trainings, wiki) to support our affiliates during the project life cycle.
- content design support: supporting digital agencies/Roche affiliates in case of technical queries on the content creation activities.
- content publishing: ensure that digital agencies in the different affiliate will be properly trained to do the task independently, supporting them when required
- face to face training: deliver face to face training sessions on the Adobe AEM6 platform and related subsystems to affiliates across Region Europe
- online training: organize online expert sessions on advanced topics

Demonstrated communication and training skills, delivering face to face training to small/medium size audiences.

- Experience in delivering technical solutions for Digital and Interactive Marketing organisations (Web Portals, Multi-Channel Marketing, Campaign Management, Digital Analytics)
- Demonstrated technical skills and experience in Portal management based on Adobe AEM 6.x platform.
- Previous experience on CRM (Salesforce) and e-Mail marketing (Exact Target) optional but preferred.
- Experience in a working in a multi-cultural environment; Life Sciences industry and commercial process knowledge preferred
- Fluency in English, any additional foreign language is an asset
- Available to travel as required across Region Europe (Western + Eastern Europe)
