Proof reading to detect spelling, missing words, etc, as well as text accuracy. The text is quite technical
Proof reading that all the sections are numbered correctly, all figures and all references in place
Make suggestions on any missing parts, find HOLES in the text
Make any changes to figures to ensure accuracy
Formatting; the person must be proficient with Word
Generating the final document at the last hour
We will need to send a PDF that is perfect and we also need to send a printed version
o There are 4 main documents that need to be generated independently
Our preference is English fluent speaker. Also non-fluent speakers with excellent language knowledge will be taken in process.
