For our customer in Basel we are looking for a Technical writer
Your responsibilities.
Surveying, analysing and recognizing tasks, structures and the disposition of physical and organisational resources.
Definition of work orders and support of the target definition process.
Development and evaluation of methods of resolution.
Reviewing and improving work processes and information flows.
Giving support in planning and carrying out organisational changes..
Evaluating physical and organisational resources..
Supporting the project leader in the fields of quality assurance and project execution.
Consulting the sponsor regarding the workplace design, spatial planning and disposition of physical and organisational resources..
On-going adjustment of the disposition of physical and organisational resources to changing environmental influences and organisational changes in existing complex organisational solutions
As the ideal candidate you have the following qualifications and experience:
Seeking a technical writers that with minimal guidance can produce policies, SoPs, workflow diagrams, SLAs etc. using Word, Visio, etc.
The ideal candidate will sit in the EU (Basel would be idea) timezone and have the ability to meet face to face with the appropriate contacts to secure the information required to produce documentation deliverables.
The ideal candidate will be proactive and hard working with a proven ability to develop and produce technical documents.
