AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY EXISTS FOR A DOCUMENT WRITER TO JOIN MY CLIENT'S TEAM IN PARRAMATTA. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND A DEMONSTRATED BACKGROUND IN CREATING IT DOCUMENTATION.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Setting up Tool Box' framework ready for publishing
- Establishing documentation standards across the Tool Box
- Catering for multiple points of access by users of the tool box (eg: SharePoint Links, Web links, etc)
- Modularated structure of documents allowing for E2E compilation
- Working with 'Component Owners' to define the types of documentation required
- Capture and create documentation for the component being created
- Review and adjust the Artefacts as required
- Assist and perform Training at the Component Owners discretion

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Clarity in oral communication
- Clarity in written communication
- Experience in creating IT documentation eg Process, Training
- Working Knowledge of SDLC
