JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Documents both physical and functional configurations of IT infrastructure using MS Visio
- Develops and maintains drawings standards to provide consistent and clear documentation
- Works with the network engineering team to create training materials for new and modified services using the suite of MS Office tools
- Supports the engineering team document management
- Works independently and collaboratively with other capture team members from draft to final production
- Performs rewrites/updates/further improvement including edits of sections as a result of feedback from review teams
- Works in fast paced environment, managing assignment to complete them within the appointed time frames and IAW the Government/commercial requirements

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Familiarity with DODAF or TOGAF frameworks
- Experience with ISO 20K and ITIL
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, such as Routers, Switches, Firewalls, etc
- Education Requirements: BA in Technical Communication, English, Writing, Journalism, or in a related field or equivalent experience
