RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to propose identify documentation needs and propose documentation solutions
- Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to write, edit, maintain, and manage documentation deliverables, which will include but are not limited to policies/standards/procedures, job aids, training materials, systems and software documentation, user manuals, templates, and presentations
- Ensure documentation deliverables use clear, concise language and comply with industry best practices
- Partner with project managers to plan and coordinate documentation work via project schedules

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in English, communications, journalism, or equivalent field
- Exceptional writing ability in terms of using clear and concise language to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- 5+ years experience writing technical documentation to fulfil a variety of business needs (eg, procedures, system specifications, training materials)
- 3+ years experience in financial services, particularly in a risk management function (eg, compliance, legal, audit, business risk office, credit risk management, or finance)
- Ability to work with minimal guidance across a variety of stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Ability to plan and coordinate work (eg, develop clear milestones and associated delivery dates, partner with project managers to work tasks in a project schedule, juggle multiple priorities, engage a variety of stakeholder and subject matter experts)
- Expertise in MS Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint; familiarity with MS Project, HTML, and Dreamweaver

CHANGE MANAGEMENT/COMMUNICATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Produce any written communications plans, and related deliverables (e-mails, white papers, presentations, etc.) supporting the project, including key events and launches, roundtables, etc.
- Support and partner with Organizational Readiness lead and others to ensure all status reports are completed and submitted (including metrics reporting, etc.) in order to obtain and share associate feedback received via a variety of channels (print, VoA, etc.)
- Partner with training and change management partners to ensure a thoughtful, integrated Organizational Readiness plan is in place

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Client has undertaken a multi-phase work effort to address stability and scalability concerns within our current Intent Management process. The Acquisitions Library Transformation Project (ALT) is standing up a new platform to facilitate entry of Product, terms, policy and other assets into catalogs in Application Data Store (ADS) to address these issues in the assembly of acquisitions marketing solicitations.
We require a technical writer to accurately and appropriately document the changes to the underlying process, interactions between impacted systems and newly created user interface solutions by writing/editing, maintaining, and managing documentation deliverables. Technical documentation will explain "Capability Functions" and GUI navigation/asset assembly process that are easily understood by Ops, IPS scoping, M&A partners and all other affected parties. To create the documentation deliverables, the technical writers will interact with a variety of stakeholders, core team members and subject matter experts via interviews, working sessions, and one-on-one meetings.
