Project Name: my AT&T
Project Description: Write, edit, and manage customer-focused copy for desktop and mobile platforms. Familiarity with Yahoo! Style Guide a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Create original relevant, meaningful, and contextual copy that follows industry best-in-class practices.
- Apply the AT&T Brand voice and tone to the Online and Mobile Service and Support Channels.
- Follow the AT&T Digital Experience style guide and editorial, SEO, and accessibility guidelines.
- Manage content effectively for multiple concurring projects, assignments, and timelines.
- Analyze business requirements, wireframes, and functional specifications to determine what content needs to be created.
- Create and manage a detailed Content Requirements Document for each project to meet business requirements, user experience requirements and standards, functional specifications, and development and implementation standards.
- Provide solid user-experience rationale to obtain copy approval from stakeholders.
- Consult and collaborate with Information Architects, Visual Designers, Content Strategists, and Usability professionals to recommend content requirements that meet overall business and customer experience objectives.
- Work proactively and independently with Digital Experience teammates, Business Partners, Web Developers, and Content Implementers, who may be located in different cities and time zones.
- Create an excellent customer experience and improve Customer Satisfaction scores by using content strategy, design personas, usability studies, and competitive analysis results.
- Ability to ask the right questions in an ambiguous environment, to help drive requirements that provide for the best possible customer experience.
