Technical Team Leader Network Security (NATO)

Projektbeschreibung
* Manage the BT team responsible for the BT solution at customer location
* Advise the BT team on technical decisions and be able to take decisions when required
* Act as an escalation point for the customer
* Interact with the customer's service desk team lead to liaise on the issues pertaining our managed solution
* Review incidents and problems in Remedy ARS and Solarwinds to create statisics and SLA reporting based on the past period. These reports will need to be presented on a monthly basis.
* Own the contracts of the assets and renew them when required
* Attend customer meetings and represent the BT operations
Knowledge of the majority of the following products is preferable:
o Operating Systems
Windows Server 2012 (R2)
RHEL or comparable distribution
o Webservers
IIS
Apache2
o Databases
SQL Server 2012
MySQL
o Active Directory
o VMware
ESXi
NSX
vSphere
vCloud
o NetApp
o SharePoint 2013
