We are seeking an experienced TECHNICAL TEAM LEAD who will report to the Project Manager and will be responsible for managing a team of developers, liaising with internal customers and external vendors to manage the technical deliverables of the Project..

THE ROLE WILL INVOLVE THE TECHNICAL TEAM LEAD TO:

- Collaborate with architects in producing architecture blueprints and defining the solution
- Collaborate with the project manager to estimate development, and developer resource planning.
- Liaise with product vendors and clients.
- Lead the development team in producing detailed design documents
- Manage the development to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
- Establish systems for evaluation and monitoring application performance

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDE:

- Demonstrated minimum 10 years of experience in Software Development.
- Demonstrated minimum 5 years team leader experience managing a team of developers
- Experience in or working knowledge of project management principles
- Proficient in Microsoft technologies built on .NET platforms
- Excellent Understanding of SSRS, SSIS and SQL Server
- Experience in vendor relationship management
- Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong time and self-management skills
- Extensive knowledge of architecture and framework

The contract is scheduled to commence NOVEMBER 2013 TO JUNE 2014. You must be an Australian citizen must have a Top Secret NV2 Security Clearance.
