JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Technical Support Specialist will provide technical customer support to both internal and external customers.
- Technical Support Specialist will provide support through solid understanding of the cross platform a mobile messaging application which incorporates both iOS and Android.
- Technical Support Engineer will be responsible to provide customer support through web interface or telephone with customers of this software product.
- Technical Support Engineer must respond to customer questions, reproduce bugs and escalate issues to the product development engineering team.
Job Qualifications:
- BS in CS, CE, EE or related subject matter Bachelor degree. Minimum of three (3) plus years of experience in a technical support role in mobile applications area.
- Solid working knowledge of both iOS and Android platforms including log collection, configuration, settings etc.
- Prior experience with helpdesk ticketing/workflow.
- Should be able to set up/refine customer ticket handling processes.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communications. Interest and ability to write/maintain FAQs and technical support articles.
- Experience with Zendesk is preferred.
