THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
* Provide Level I Technical and Web Support to end-users
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
* Activating licenses for new and existing customers
* Document common issues and their solutions
* Handle both incoming phone calls and emails
* Able to understand Internet concepts (ie bandwidth, caching, video streaming, etc.)
* Knowledge of PC, Mac/Apple, smartphones, tabletPC/iPads, etc.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
* Minimum of 3+ years technical support
* Able to communicate effectively between technical (ie Level II Support, etc.), non-technical (ie end-users, management, general staff) as well as cross-functional audiences
* BA/BS in related industries

* Television/Broadcasting, Cable Provider companies.
