Technical Support Specialist - AdWords Contract.
My client a global leader is in urgent need of a talented and experiened AdWords Technical Support Specialist to join them on a contact basis.
You will be responsible for reaching out to my clients top AdWords agencies and high spending customers, and supporting them to undergo a step by step advanced technical modification of their AdWords account.
You will be supporting my clients customers by phone, chat or email and will initiate contact with top advertisers. You must be able to work alternatively on various cases of different complexity and might have to receive inbound queries as well as. You will as an Advanced Technical Support Specialist be working across 10 different EMEA markets in English and will have the opportunity to demonstrate your project management skills, prioritization, service attitude, customer handling abilities and technical abilities.
You main responsibilities will be to reach out to a list of targeted top AdWords agencies and customers who must undergo an advanced technical change in their AdWords account in order to continue to advertise. You will locate the technical personnel in charge of running the account.
You will bring awareness of the importance of this technical change and educate them of the new features and migration options. You will understand the customer's needs and preferences in relation to URL tracking.
Successful candidates will have Strong product knowledge/experience of Google AdWords and customer service or trainer experience in a professional work environment; You will have proven ability to ramp up quickly in an advanced technical field.
