A Technical Support Specialist is urgently needed to work for innovative and market leading Telecoms Company based in Central London on an initial 6 months contract.

As the Technical Support Specialist you will be working within the Product Management and Platform Delivery team to drive delivery and enhancement to the client's universal log-in platform as well as supporting on-boarding of mobile operators and developers / service providers.

The scope of responsibility for the Technical Support Specialist covers:

* Support of executing RFI/RFP processes for new elements of the platform services, i.e. providing input to the requirements documentation, assessing suppliers' proposals, managing suppliers to deliver

* Support enhancing the Developer Portal content and functionality. This will include technical assets such as documentation, SDKs demo applications and sample code. As well as ensuring that the portal is kept up to date and provides the necessary support to developer.

* Support on-boarding of developers / service providers as well as operators to the client's universal log-in platform and the API Exchange federation service and sharing deep knowledge of the client's universal log-in platform and the Network APIs with developers who want to use these services.

To be considered for the Technical Support Specialist, will ideally have experience in many of the following areas:

* Supporting to run RFP processes for platform services, e.g. documentation of requirements and assessment of supplier proposals
* Working with/ managing a developer portal, forum or other developer support area
* Writing API documentation and creating sample code and sample applications
* Supporting other developers to on-board to a RESTful API service (full end to end business flow)
* Authentication (including OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect/Facebook Connect etc.)
* Usage of third party authentication services (e.g. Facebook/Twitter/Google)
* Mobile application development (Android and iOS)
* Web (including mobile web) development (Javascript with HTML/CSS)
* Working with RESTful API services over HTTP from client-side applications
* Working with RESTful APIs over HTTP from servers running PHP or Java or Ruby
* Execution of platform operations processes
