My client is a leading Investment Management company based in Brussels. They are looking for a technical support profile/person who will provide support for production related issues across Front Office applications and systems. The candidate will have had exposure to development frameworks (ETL and .Net). The candidate must be able to read and diagnose faults within the code. They are planning to use SNOW (Service Now) to centralise incidents and requests and enable them to have proper reporting to management.
Most desirable skills include:
Oracle, PL/SQL; MS SQL 2012/MS SQL Query Analyser; Sybase; Unix Shell Scripting; Ab Initio or other ETL; VBA; message queuing (Tibco or similar); knowledge of the trading life cycle, trading dependencies such as static data, instrument creation.
