JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Troubleshoot customer accounts and run diagnostic test on devices to resolve customer's issues over the phone.
- Properly document customer accounts.
- Troubleshoot network during system malfunctions.
- Trouble ticket creation.
- Handling up to 125 tickets per day.
- Provisioning.
