Technical Support Representative

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE to join our client in Rockville, MD.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responds to customer issues related to financial corporate systems
- Researches, diagnoses nature of the problem, and implements problem-solving steps.
- Resolves basic problems while refers more complex problems to intermediate and/or senior level manager
- Trains customers in the use of various systems.
- Creates training documentation and PowerPoint presentations.
- Compiles data and create reports.
- Uses problem management database and help desk systems.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Requires systems aptitude, excellent multitasking skills and ability to change direction in the middle of an assignment in a fast paced environment.
- Attention to detail is required.
- Customer Service orientation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
