OUR DEPARTMENT
Windows & Hardware is a part of Workplace Services EU - Workplace Operations. The team provides desktop and client services. The goal of the team is to provide solutions that meet the customer demand in 2nd and 3rd line IT support, focused on the Windows OS and Hardware. We provide this support to all Workplaces in the Netherlands and the rest of Europe.
Windows 10 migration
Currently we started to migrated all 40.000 workplaces to Windows 10, the main task for this job will be focussed on this project.
You will manage the incident flow, on OS level, UEV, login scripts, drivers etc. due to the migration.
YOUR PROFILE
Knowledge and required experience:
. HBO with 5-10 years of experience in a similar sized complex infrastructure environment
. Knowledge and experience with SCRUM, Agile, Lean
. You are resourceful, flexible, analytically strong and when needed, critical
. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
. High proficiency in speaking, reading and writing English
. Skills for Scripting
. Service minded
. Good understanding of solving incidents and finding solutions
TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
. Administrator knowledge on Windows 10
. Microsoft Windows as a Service
. Experience with SCCM CB
. Knowledge of MS Office 2016, Office365 and applications/plugins
. Endpoint Protection
