OVERVIEW:
The Engineer filling this position will be responsible to provide customer support through web interface to customers of software development products. The Engineer must respond to customer questions, reproduce bugs and escalate issues to the product development engineering team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to customer questions, reproduce problems, provide work around solutions, verify fixes and provide fixes to customer.

SKILLS NEEDED:

- Must be familiar with using a compiler
- Must have good customer relation skills
- Must be punctual, able to track issues and work independently
- Knowledge of threads an advantage
- Knowledge of software performance tuning also advantageous
- Knowledge of debugging threaded software (data races and memory errors) also an advantage
- Usage of Visual Studio Developer Studio advantageous

EDUCATION: Discipline Education Level Electrical and Computer Engineering Bachelor's degree
