Title: Technical Support/Desktop Support

Location: Portland, OR

Duration: 12 months +

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for handling inbound calls of SFDC Premier Customers
- To determine the priority of SFDC customers based on severity of the issue and transfer/escalate the customer to appropriate queue.
- Handling and solving elementary Customer technical problems related to the product
- Follow escalation procedures for issues uncontrollable at Triage desk level.
- You pay attention to detail and have the time management skills to follow up on customer's information and support requests.
- Adherence to process to ensure high quality and customer service

QUALIFICATION

- Technical Graduate/Diploma

SKILLS

- You understand software applications and how database, networking and CRM work.
- Sound knowledge in MS - Office.
- Sound knowledge in Inbound ( Voice ) customer service.
