Working for a world-class organisation, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical assistance on XenMobile MDM and other Mobile Platform products to medium size and enterprise customers via phone, email and remote access. PLEASE NOTE THAT FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED IN SHORTFALL AS REQUIRED!
- Perform problem analysis and isolate problems of varying degrees of complexity
- Documenting cases, recommendations and resolutions clearly in the CRM system
In order to undertake this role successfully, you must:
- Be a quick learner!
- Be enthusiastic and energetic with excellent communication and outstanding customer service skills
- Have well honed troubleshooting abilities and have a strong understanding of server administration and network protocols
- Have the ability to work on multiple issues and prioritise work accordingly
- Be technically proficient in Windows Server including 2008 and MS Exchange
- Have experience with one or more of the following: Apple iOS, Android, Blackberry, Windows Phone, Symbian
- Windows AD
